Yes, it’s yet another far flung European Tour event with a weak field. This time it’s the Malaysian Open from Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club. It is actually a slightly stronger field than of late with Charl Schwartzel and Luke Donald in attendance. Louis Oosthuizen is the defending champion but is not in the field this week – probably preferring to concentrate on the upcoming US Masters. The course presents few real problems but water features on 13 holes. We’re absolutely itching to go on David Howell again (just know he’s gonna win it now!) but here goes:

Santos has been one of the surprise packages of 2013. Forget last week’s missed cut. Nobody has played more consistent golf week in week out over the last few months. Form of 28-4-22-7-3-9 says it all. Sometimes you can’t ignore current form and at the odds offered Santos is a must bet.
