The European Open moves to Hamburg and the Green Eagle GC. It’s a recently renovated 7700 yard par 73. It looks a wide open layout with wide fairways and large greens. Water is in play on many holes. Long hitters would seem to have an advantage. Alexander Levy won last year.

Jimmy’s staying on for a crack at the European Open. With his solid all round game he must have a leading chance. Walker had a steady Open and is a class apart from most in this field. Well worth an each way bet this week.

David is a fast improving player who has had a super season. He rewarded us with a place win earlier in the season and the wide open spaces at Green Eagle look a good fit for a guy who makes birdies for fun. Could easily pop up in the top 5 this week.
Alvaro Quiros	2pt each way 200-1	Bet365	Finishing position: MC Back Alvaro Quiros Again
Alvaro had a long awaited win in Sicily a couple of months ago and looks to be getting back to his best. He’ll fancy the ‘bombers’ set up at Green Eagle and is up against a pretty weak field. Rank outside but worth a small each way interest.
