The tour moves to China and Genzon GC is the venue. It’s a 7145 yard par 72 where a solid tee to green game seems to be the main requirement. It was first used for this event in 2015 but was also used for the 2014 China Open. Soomin Lee won last year’s event.
Name | Odds | Bookmaker | |
---|---|---|---|
Scott Hend | 2pt each way 50-1 | Bet365 |
Finishing position: MC Back Scott Hend Again |
We like Scott Hend and he’s made our followers a few quid over the last year or two. He loves the resort style courses of Asia and that shows in event form of 15-4. He’s a proven winner who can find form from nowhere and is a must back for us this week. | |||
Kiradech Aphibarnrat | 2pt each way 40-1 | Stan James |
Finishing position: T21 Back Kiradech Aphibarnrat Again |
No doubt, Kiradech is here to win. He notched a victory in 2015 and has established himself on the world stage. He’s posted at pretty generous odds and we’re happy to have a nibble at this price. | |||
Thorbjorn Olesen | 2pt each way 45-1 | BetVictor |
Finishing position: T8 Back Thorbjorn Olesen Again |
Like our other two selections, Olesen can blow hot and cold. He can also find form from nowhere and knows how to win. The wide open nature of this set up plays into his hands and his T8 last year was a good result. We’re backing him to go better this time. |
