US PGA Championship Tips

This week’s event is the final Major of the year. It takes place at Quail Hollow which normally hosts the Wells Fargo Championship. The course is a 7400 yard par 72 with fairly tight, tree lined fairways. It’s a fair but tough test and single digits under par will probably win. Jimmy Walker won last year’s event.

Casey is the kind of quality ball striker who prospers at Quail Hollow. He’s having another good season. He also had a high finish at the Bridgestone at the weekend and is the kind of experienced player who wins the PGA.

Berger is having another good season havin posted the first of probably many wins. He’s a good ball striker who has had two goes at Quail Hollow with T28-T17 which is progressive. He had a solid time at Firestone and is worth an each way punt.

Charley is building nicely to a win and rewarded us with a place win at the weekend. He’s coming into this one with as much momentum as anybody so we’re happy to keep him in mind this week against another strong field.
