The Honda Classic marks the start of the Florida Swing. This event is held at the Champions Course at PGA National. It is a 7110 yard par 70 which very much favours the shot-makers who can shape the ball both ways. The rough is relatively severe. As ever in Florida, the ability to play well in the wind is very useful. Padraig Harrington was a shock.

William has noved up a notch since winning the Memaorial last year and appears to have gained more consistency. He’s also got a progressive form of 22-8 in his last two trips to PGA West. We think he’s worth an each way bet this week.

Bredan’s been playing some great stuff recently, posting a win and a string of other high finishes along the way. There aren’t many coming into this one with more momentum than Steele. He’s also got a useful record at PGA National and looks a decent each way prospect here.

Paul has been playing good golf for a while and his immaculate tee-to-green game is still in great order. We’re backing him to notch a win in 2017. Now fully fit and looking pretty relaxed on course, we can see the 38 year old Englishman going on to further success this season. He’s been T4, T12 and T3 in 2015 in five attempts at PGA National. If the putter’s still warm he could go close again.
