The Tour moves to Sweden this week and Bro Hoff Slott is the venue for the first time since 2013. The course is a wide open links-style set up with wide fairways, light rough an island 17th hole, just like Sawgrass. Scoring should be pretty low. Alex Noren was last year’s winner.
Name | Odds | Bookmaker | |
---|---|---|---|
Romain Wattel | 2pt each way 50-1 | Sportingbet TOP SIX |
Finishing position: T25 Back Romain Wattel Again |
Romain has been knocking on the door for a while and is clearly going to win sooner or later. He’s played some solid golf this season with a T15 and last week’s excellent T4 in his last four starts. He’s posted a couple of decent finishes at this venue and looks a decent prospect this week. | |||
Scott Hend | 2pt each way 40-1 | Bet365 |
Finishing position: T59 Back Scott Hend Again |
Poor Scott nearly rewarded us last week when third round leader. It wasn’t to be but he’ll be eager to put things right this week and we’re happy to back him again on a course that should suit. Hend is a long hitter and the wide fairways and four par fives play into his hands. | |||
Peter Hanson | 2pt each way 33-1 | Sportingbet TOP SIX |
Finishing position: MC Back Peter Hanson Again |
Peter’s had a torrid time with injuries over the last few years but is getting back to his best. When fit and firing he’s a class above most here. He’s posted a T3 here before and is well worth a punt at this price. |
