The European Tour climax is here this week as the Race to Dubai reaches its finishing point. Jumeirah Golf Estates is again the venue. It’s a long, fairly wide 7675 yard par 72 that favours the longer hitters. Henrik Stenson has won the last two.

Kiradech Aphibarnrat | 2pt each way 66-1 | Bet365 |
Finishing position: T22 Back Kiradech Aphibarnrat Again |
We’re big fans of Aphibarnrat and he’s playing some top golf right now. He’s had two wins this season and we picked one of them for our followers. Fact is, he can contend pretty much anywhere and the wide open fairways in Dubai will suit. He’s only had one stab at this one and was a credible T29 two years ago. Must back at this price.
Thongchai Jaidee | 2pt each way 40-1 | Bet365 |
Finishing position: T31 Back Thongchai Jaidee Again |
Jaidee is another of our favourites and rewarded us with a 55-1 outright winner a couple of months ago. He’s well in the zone right now and last week’s T3 is a good pointer to this one. He’s well worth an each way punt at this price.
Thorbjorn Olesen | 2pt each way 110-1 | Coral |
Finishing position: T17 Back Thorbjorn Olesen Again |
You can’t keep a good man down for lond and the talented Dane had a super win at the Dunhill Links last month. He’s been in solid cut-making form since and we think he’s got a chance this week. The wide open set-up really suits the big hitting Olesen and he’s had a number of good results in the Middle East in the past. |
