The Joburg Open is again held at Royal Johanesburg & Kensington GC. The West Course is a monster 7590 yard par 71 but plays shorter due to the altitude. It’s pretty tight and no push over. The easier and shorter East course is used for one of the first two rounds. George Coetzee broke his tour duck last year with a -19 total.

Garth has had some good results at the Joburg in the past and it is certainly a specialist’s event. He’s had three top 10s in seven attempts (including T9 in 2013) here and that says a lot. He had a decent finish last time out in Dubai and we think he’s worth an each way punt this week.
Tyrell Hatton	2pt each way 33-1	Stan James	Finishing position: T46 Back Tyrell Hatton Again
The fiery young Englishman made a real impact in 2014 with a string of high finishes. He’s had a good start to 2015 to and looks in the ‘winner about to happen’ category. It’s probably going to be in a smaller event like this and he’s made the journey to South Africa for a reason. He’s contended in much stronger company than this and could go close this week.
David Drysdale	2pt each way 100-1	Bet365	Finishing position: MC Back David Drysdale Again
David is a bit of a Joburg specialist. It sets up well for his neat and tidy game. He’s had a solid start to the season and seems determined not to go down to the wire again to keep his card. He openly admits that he focuses on the smaller events as a valuable means of keeping his card. He’s had four top 20s in his eight attempts here and two have been top 10s. He’ll be keen to make this week count again.
