The Honda Classic marks the start of the Florida Swing. This event is held at the Champions Course at PGA National. It is a 7110 yard par 70 which very much favours the shot-makers who can shape the ball both ways. The rough is relatively severe. As ever in Florida, the ability to play well in the wind is very useful. Russell Henley won a four man play off last year. Rory McIlroy is the clear early favourite.

Nick’s on a good run and looks like adding another victory to his collection soon. There aren’t many coming into the Honda with his momentum (14-MC-7-2-22) and we can see a contending performance this week at a good price.

We’re happy to have a little nibble on Graham to notch his first victory this week. He’s had top 10s in two of his last three starts and his odds are out at a level that’s backable. He was T9 when last here in 2013 and we can see his good play continuing this week.

Paul has been playing good golf for a while and his immaculate tee-to-green game is still in great order. We’re backing him to follow up his T2 at Riviera last week with another strong showing. Now fully fit and looking pretty relaxed on course, we can see the 37 year old Englishman going on to further success this season. He was T12 here last year and T4 in 201, also at PGA National. If the putter’s still warm he could go close again.
