The European tour moves to Europe for the first time this year with the inaugural NH Collection Open from just outside Cadiz. The course itself is a 7234 yard par 72 with four par 5s. It’s fairly generous off the tee and most holes feature elevation changes. Scoring should be pretty good and with no course form to go on this one looks pretty wide open. It’s a weak field with all the big guns preparing for the Masters.

David’s had a quiet start to 2014 but seems to be finding his feet with his last two cuts made. He’s also managed a T15 at the Tshwane Open recently and will be up for a big performance against a weak field. Fact is, on his day Howell is a class or two apart from most in this field. The course seems to set up okay with a bit of room off the tee so at this price he’s worth a small interest.
Marc Warren	2pt each way 55-1	Bet365	Finishing position: T6 Back Marc Warren Again
In a tournament where there’s no course form it’s really just a case of trying to find guys hitting form where the course might suit. Marc Warren fits the bill. He’s managed T29 and T17 in his last two starts and seems to be on an upward curve. This is mainly due to improved putting. Assuming that continues there’s no reason to think he can’t contend here.
Carlos Del Moral	1pt each way 80-1	BetVictor	Finishing position: T20 Back Carlos Del Moral Again
Carlos has had a good, if inconsistent, start to the year with a T4 and T13 already. He looks like a decent home grown prospect this week if his putter is hot. He should have a little room off the tee and if he can maintain this year’s encouraging progress then a top 5 isn’t out of the question. We’re happy to have a small punt to find out.
