This week marks the start of the Fedex Cup Play-Offs with The Barclays. The event is held this year at Ridgewood Country Club in New Jersey. This course has hosted the 2008 and 2010 Barclays. It’s a 7319 yard par 71. There’s a bit of room off the tee but hitting the tree lined fairways will be important. -11 looks to be a likely winnign score and Matt Kuchar was the last winner at this venue in 2010.

Matt jumped off the page at 35-1 for the Barclays. That’s a big price for a World class player who has won here before and sits 4th in the Fedex Cup. T12 and T4 in his last two starts show there’s not much wrong with his game so it’s easy to see Matt pop up again on a course that clearly suits.

Ryan has the kind of really solid all round game that should prosper at Ridgewood. His form is good with four top 12s in his last five starts and the early 66-1 looks pretty decent value to us. Moore is a proven winner who’s looking to move his career to the next level and is capable of landing a title of this size.

Mark is really coming good this season and a win doesn’t look far away. He’s had some great results and has notched three top 10s in his last five starts. The course looks to suit as he should be able to find the fairways and greens. If the putter is still warm then he looks well capable of a punter friendly finish this week.
