The Arnold Palmer Initiation is this week’s PGA Tour stop and takes place at the regular venue of Bay Hill. This is one of the more prestigious events of the year and always has a strong field. The course is a 7400 yard par 72 which is traditionally one of the harder courses of the year (2012 ranked 12th hardest on the PGA Tour. The Bermuda greens are relatively slick and the rough is going to punish errant tee shots. Tiger Woods is the defending champion and clear man to beat. Maybe going for a tasty place win is this week’s best option as Tiger is the early 3/1(!) favourite.

Jim is definitely at the veteran stage of his career but he’s still one of the most solid ball strikers on tour. He had a bit of a tough time closing the deal when in contention last year but Arnold Palmer form figures of 11-9-11 over the last three years catch the eye. He’s had a pretty solid start to the season with all cuts made and a nice T7th finish last week. Everything looks poised for a nice each way place and you never know, if Tiger has an off day he may well notch his 17th tour win.
K J Choi	1pt each way 100-1	SkyBet	Finishing position: MC Back K J Choi Again
We firmly believe K.J. is well on the comeback trail. He had his stellar victory at the 2011 Players Championship and by comparison 2012 was very disappointing. He seems to have found a decent level of consistency in 2013 (6 cuts made out of 7) and has inproved markedly in pretty much all the Standard Stats. He’s made three consecutive cuts at Bay Hihh (6th in 2011 the highlight) and we think another contending performance is in the offing.
