This week’s tour stop is Germany for the BMW International Open. Golf Club Gut Larchenhof plays host for only the second time. Danny Willett was the winner here in 2012 and course form from that year is of particular significance. This venue also hosted the German Masters from 1998-2009. It’s a 7228 yard par 72 on flat, exposed terrain. There’s thick-ish rough waiting for those who stray from the fairly tight fairways. Willett won with -11 and a similar figure should do the job this week.

Yes, yes we’ve been on Rafa a number of times this season (with some success) simply because he’s having a great year and we think he’ll cap it off with a win soon. He had a steady T26 last week without really getting going and will be looking to do better this time. These odds are too big to ignore for an each way punt.

We are big fans of the fast improving man from Paraguay. Zanotti is playing some of the best golf of his career and, fresh from rewarding our followers with a 66-1 place win, he should have done it again last week when T4 going into the final round.
